Our history

We, the company founders, share a common occupational background in the railway or rather ECM-sector. Although based in the Ybbstal, we put us in touch with each other within the framework of a project with ÖBB Stadler Service GmbH in Vienna. We soon realised that we were a perfect match – on a personal and professional level!
UNSERE MISSION: DIGITALE LÖSUNGEN FÜR BAHN UND INDUSTRIE

During our years of interdisciplinary experience, we were often faced with customers working with (or, more precisely: despairing of) inappropriate softwarepackages or even with spreadsheet programs. With the software solutions available on the market, they reached their limits.
Therefore, our aim is to work on customer solutions which can be developed further any time.

Our team

Bernhard Knapp

Managing partner and full-blooded networker

Already as a vigorous young man he knew that he wanted to see the world. Eventually, he did exactly that: He worked on over 300 projects around the world, from tramway to high-speed trains.

For more than 10 years, he has been managing the maintainance fleets of Westbahn-trains for Stadler Service GmbH, so he knows trains from every perspective.

Special areas: vehicle software, train radio and train control systems.

If he wants to free his mind, he gets onto his bike or goes hunting.

Richard Neuteufel

Shareholder, technical manager and passionate software developer

Considers software a good, manageable tool and plays the role of the cool-headed strategist.

For no less than 28 years he has been perfecting his expertise in software development (not including initial programming-experiments at the age of 8).

Special areas: Software Development, together with the prospective user.

He has a degree in astronomy, so he passionately explaines the night sky to interessted parties.

Thomas Knapp

Shareholder and strategic partner, Bernhard’s brother

He manages the most family-friendly company in Lower Austria (the IT-Management & Coaching GmbH) and built up a reputation for himself far beyond the Ybbstal.

As a passionate early riser, Thomas can always be found cheerfully in one of his favourite cafés, while everyone else is still fast asleep.

Martina Neuteufel

Universal talent and creative brain

Actually, she has a degree in Psychology, but (in the meanwhile) she is not averse to IT.

Raising the acceptance of technology and active involvement of all generations in the process of digitalization is particularly dear to her heart.

She not only takes care of marketing, but also quality management and finances.

Also, she has delighted us with her yodeling art on several social occasions.

Majid

Senior Developer

With over 25 years of software development experience, Majid is one of our most experienced software developers.

He likes to juggle zeros and ones late into the night.

To compensate, he enjoys pursuing his gardening desires using his green thumb. Whether mango or avocado - plants and vegetables from all across the world thrive in its more than 100 of Majid's plant pots.
